Marilyn Wagoner-Funk (SHE/HER/HERS), Paralegal
Marilyn J. Wagoner-Funk is a litigation specialist paralegal with more than 40 years’ experience in trial work.
She is knowledgeable in all areas of litigation, discovery, trial preparation, trial presentation, arbitration hearings, and mediation. Her knowledge and experience in both plaintiff work and insurance defense work provide a unique perspective to assist the firm with case evaluation and insight for potential case handling for the best benefits and outcomes for our clients.
Marilyn obtained her BA in Business Administration from Seattle University and her Paralegal Certification from Edmonds Community College.
In her spare time she enjoys making jewelry, sewing, gardening, rockhounding, skiing and tennis.
